Tais has been with Liftech for eight years and is our newest principal. She is a registered professional engineer in California with extensive experience in the design, analysis, and peer review of marine structures including container cranes, bulk handling cranes, special structures, and floats and gangways. She has contributed to various waterfront infrastructure improvement projects and enjoys collaborating with clients as a project manager to successfully deliver complex projects.
Yinan has been with Liftech for five years. She is a registered professional engineer in California with experience in crane design review and analysis, crane and wharf seismic interaction analysis, and crane seismic analysis. She is also experienced in analysis of marine structures such as bulk material handling shiploader cranes, wharves, and floats. Her work includes managing projects and site assessments and reporting. She also enjoys field work ranging from structural assessments to construction management.
Ion has been with Liftech for one year though he has 30+ years of experience in various finance and accounting roles, having spent most of his career as an Accounting Manager and Controller for small consulting firms. He is our controller and has experience in month-end and year-end closings, preparing financial statements, budgeting, financial modeling, reconciliations, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, retirement plan administration, benefits administration, and insurance administration.
